2026 Entertainment Application Form

The Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre is held outdoors in the historic heart of the city and offers more than 175 stalls selling a wide range of colourful crafts, festive gifts, and speciality foods. A unique atmosphere is created by Victorian themed costumes, seasonal decorations, a variety of street entertainment and traditional funfair rides. In previous years the Fayre has attracted local residents and in excess of 120,000 visitors from across the country.

We invite you to perform on our stage in Cathedral Square; our aim is to encourage local performers to show off their talent! All applications must be submitted by Friday 16 October 2026

Preferred Performance Times and Dates

Performance slots and location will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. If your requested performance time is not available, the nearest alternative time slot will be allocated to you. Your allocated time and position will be confirmed to you shortly after the closing date of applications.

The Great Stage. Located in Cathedral Square. A PA system will be available for performers on the The Great Stage, we regret we are NOT able to provide any other equipment such as chairs or music stands.

The Chapel Bandstand. Located in Chapel Walk. This is a bandstand set within the centre of the pillars in Chapel Walk. No equipment provided, however two plug sockets are available. There is space either side and in front of the bandstand.

The Chorister's Nook. Located in Copenhagen Street. Small canopy area suitable for solo musicians or duos only. No equipment provided but power is available.

The Shambles. Suitable for dance groups only. No equipment or power provided.
